Today Harold’s story has come full circle. The same mother who sacrificed everything to raise him now needs additional care. Instead of placing her in a facility, Harold cares for her himself.

Why Harold is Running for Nevada Assembly 3
Harold Erbacher is running to represent Nevada’s Assembly District 3 because Nevada needs leaders who believe in common sense, accountability, and practical solutions.
Local government decisions affect our taxes, our schools, our families, and our future. If voters do not take part in these elections, those decisions will be made by others who may not share our values.
Harold is committed to standing up for the people of District 3 and bringing responsible leadership back to Carson City.
Protect Nevada Kids
Children deserve to grow up without political agendas being forced on them. Harold believes in protecting kids from gender ideology being pushed in schools and public institutions. His belief is simple: God created male and female, and policies affecting children should respect biological reality and parental authority. Harold strongly supports school choice, including the right of parents to decide which educational environment is best for their child.
Protect Nevada’s Elections
In addition to fully supporting voter ID, Harold supports a bipartisan panel to decide wording of ballot questions as well as transparency in seeing who is financially supporting super pacs.
Law, Order & Justice
Safe communities are the foundation of a strong Nevada. Harold will increase funding to combat sex trafficking and child exploitation, including online child pornography, clearly define what constitutes an “essential service” during a state of emergency, ensure churches are recognized as essential – protecting religious freedom, ensure fair trials for all citizens and hold prosecutors accountable by sanctioning and prosecuting those who hide exculpatory evidence.
